Small changes that bring great benefits for the prostate

When creating awareness to maintain a healthy body and avoid the risk of developing prostate cancer it is important to create good habits from an early age. There are different factors that influence the  body's health, such as diet, emotional state, physical condition and the environment around you. In the case of prostate cancer, I recommend that you focus on balancing your hormonal system and improving your immune system so that you can avoid this type of cancer.

If you have been under treatment for infertility, you should definitely strengthen your immune system, since these treatments usually work as a disruptor of the hormonal system, causing your body to produce a lower amount of hormones than it actually needs.

By making small changes you can gradually improve your habits so that you support your body's health. Eliminate processed foods and buy food as fresh as possible. Avoid canned, prepared and frozen foods. Processed foods increase the likelihood of infections and weaken the immune system. Buying fresh foods from local markets and farmers, allow you to enjoy better quality and nutritional value.  Incorporate taking chaga or reishi mushroom tea, since it helps avoiding or reducing cancer, while at the same time strengthening the immune system. Keep in mind, according to Dr. Walter Willett of the Harvard School of Public Health, that there are cases where men who consume high levels of dairy develop prostate cancer because of their inability to process the sugars of certain types of milk. Add to your diet fruits such as pomegranate, cranberries without sugar and soursop, and green vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and bok choy, all associated with supporting the body to prevent or reduce cancer.

Take time to have fun, exercise, meditate and sleep well seven to eight hours a night. All of these activities are so important for a good emotional and physical health. Eliminate the toxins that surround your environment, buying biodegradable detergents and using toxin-free soaps.

To eliminate toxins that are already in the body you can give yourself a good lymphatic massage. It is a habit that will not only help you with the prostate, but with your whole body. The prostate gland can swell due to infections. Essential oils, 100% pure, which reduce inflammation and which are antiseptic can help. Make a mixture of one drop of each oil, rosemary, frankincense and myrrh with a tablespoon of carrier oil (can be coconut or almond oil) and massage around the genitals regularly to stimulate circulation and promote prostate health.

Small changes lead you to enjoy great benefits.
